...eating Korean food



As the weather gets colder and colder, I thought I would recommend one of my favourite foods for this time of year. On St Giles High Street, there are a row of Korean restaurants where I always find myself when it is cold out. It must be either the heat of the chillies or the piping hot dishes cooked at the table that make this my go to comfort food in winter. My favourite dish has to be the one in the picture, kimchi (Korean spicy pickled cabbage) and pork stew. The ingredients and are arranged in a giant pan and brought over to the table to cook at the table. Perfect with a bowl of rice and some veggie side dishes (a must in Korean cuisine).
